Ordering process

We are glad to explain how the ordering process works and what happens after your (online) order.

You will receive a confirmation and a link to register on the backend with the same user. That is where your contract data is stored and your apps are managed. It’s also where all evaluations will be available in the future.

Activate new AppId

For each app you want to use, we need a proven AppId, e.g. com.company.myapp, and five words that you already use in your app. We will use those to create an activation password, which you will need for authorization to use an SDK.

To simplify matters, it is helpful to send a request with the e-mail of the created account, which is also directly connected to the corresponding app to verify its correctness.

It usually takes about one working day to provide the password.
